What our readers think
Our readers continued to be impressed by Ms Harris. Linda Dunham had noted “a lot of ‘meh’” among those around her before the vice-president entered the race. Now she sees a “huge surge in enthusiasm” among younger voters. Nancy Kois thought that Ms Harris had not so much been “reinvented”, as we wrote, but had rather “matured and evolved in her role as a political leader”. And in answer to questions that we raised on how she would govern, L Killion thought the answer obvious: “infinitely better than the alternative”.
