During summer in the northern hemisphere, we like to pause our new publishing at Psyche and showcase some highlights from our rich and growing archive. This week we’re putting the spotlight on our Guides and Notes to Self.
Psyche Guides are our signature articles providing you with authoritative, expert-written advice on how to cope with a wide range of challenges, sharpen key life skills and embrace new hobbies and interests, from learning to write love poetry to looking after your gut health. Since Psyche’s refresh earlier this year, our written Guides are also complemented by video tutorials carefully curated by our team, covering topics such as making small talk and understanding your inner critic. Notes to Self is a snackier format that arrived with the recent Psyche design refresh. Each Note contains a genuinely useful or thought-provoking insight shared by one of our team or a contributor, such as how to make it more likely that positive images will pop into your head.
Whichever hemisphere you reside in, whether you’re reading on the beach or commuting to work, we hope you enjoy this cocktail of articles we’ve prepared for you. We’ll be back next week for one more dive into the archive, serving up some of our other flavours of content.
