Changes Happening at The Game Crafter

For many years, The Game Crafter has offered custom mix-and-match punchouts, made possible through the use of laser cutting. This method allowed us to provide unique and affordable options.

Recently, you may have noticed that some chipboard punchout items in your orders are no longer being cut with a laser. That’s because we’ve begun transitioning to a steel cutting method. This new approach offers no soot or smell, while offering the similar custom options and makes your games more fit for retail sale.

Over the coming weeks, we’ll continue rolling this out and testing for any bugs or limitations. Orders may arrive steel or laser cut until this is fully rolled out. Keep an eye on our newsletters and social accounts for an announcement when the transition is complete and laser cutting is fully phased out for everything except acrylic.
