Donald Trump's week is shaping up to be not a very good one.
After Democrats sailed to victory in Tuesday's elections, Trump's tariffs were before the Supreme Court on Wednesday. The arguments, Ian Millhiser reports, did not go well for the Trump administration, raising the possibility that two or three Republican justices could soon join the Court’s three Democrats in striking down Trump's flagship policy. If it happens, it would be a dramatic turn for a Court that has so far been extraordinarily deferential to Trump’s plans.
