SECRET SHOW ANNOUNCEMENT
For those of you who are Atlanta/Georgia based:
On Wednesday, November 26th (the night before Thanksgiving), I am hosting a Secret Show where I'll be filming my holiday special- an informative lecture on the Turkey in a Christmas Carol.
If you're new to Fruitsnack Nation you might not know that I happen to accidentally be the world's foremost expert on the topic, and for years I've been trying to get this lecture filmed.
I've been w̶a̶n̶t̶i̶n̶g̶ t̶o̶ g̶e̶t̶ t̶h̶i̶s̶ m̶a̶d̶e̶ procrastinating and perfectionism avoiding ever actually DOING the fucking thing, and even after dropping the trailer this year I realized that it wasn't going to happen unless I really forced my own hand...so I rented a theatre and we're filming it live as my holiday special. You know, a totally reasonable way to get things done.
We JUST literally got confirmation that the show is going ahead. This is also going to serve as a "does this style/format work for my national tour" test, so you'll be witness to a weird and strange new experiment.
Tickets are free ninety nine. You're also welcome to bring as many friends or confused out of town visiting family members as you like. I will be collecting donations for Feeding America and the Royal Animal Refuge if you would like to either donate money or bring a bag of dog food to help support the profound economic disparity affecting both pets and their people this holiday season.
Seating is EXREMELY limited! Please only RSVP if you can actually make it. Doors will open at 7:00 and the show will start PROMPTLY at 7:30 and run for about an hour.
If you're like "hey no fair I live in Canada and cannot possibly get there on a week's notice" don't even worry, the video will be posted (hopefully) on Thanksgiving, or at the very latest Black Friday, so you'll be able to watch and see what happens.
This is a new endeavor for Catieosaurus industries, I'm moving into my Josh Johnson era and I'd love for you all to join me.
