| Deutsche Telekom made a strategic investment in Quantum Systems, a German drone maker backed by Palantir co-founder Peter Thiel. While the companies didn’t disclose the financial terms, Quantum is seeking to double its valuation to at least $7 billion in a funding round before a potential move to the public markets.
