Happy New-sletter and Happy New Year everyone!
I am currently writing this from my bed because after a wonderful, lovely Christmas, I came home and was immediately beset by some kind of stomach virus and it has been pretty goddamn ugly over here ever since.
It's been kind of funny- this week was *supposed* to be this super mega ultra exciting glamorous ramp up to tickets going on sale, but instead it's been a lot of super ultra boring feeling like actual garbage and laying in bed trying to muster the energy to do much of anything.
If I'm choosing to find any sort of silver lining, it's been kind of an exercise in letting go and resting, even when every single part of me is screaming that I SHOULD be making videos I SHOULD be posting I SHOULD be doing more to get people hyped up for tickets on sale. I have to keep reminding myself that there's still time, that slow and steady wins the race, and that comparison is the thief of joy.
If you missed the first announcements, the first round of cities in 2026 will be: Nashville, Atlanta, St. Louis, Seattle, Chicago, Pittsburgh, Philadelphia, Boston and New York. We are also currently working on dates in Los Angeles, Denver, and Orlando (more on that below).
I'm scared, I'm nervous, there's a shitty little voice in my head that says "what if nobody comes, what if nobody likes you", but I think maybe the lesson here is that sometimes, you have to do it anyway. You have to do it scared, and nervous, and with the knowledge that it might all go terribly wrong, but at the end of the day- at least I can die saying I tried my best.
Just a quick note: SO many of you have been emailing and responding to these newsletters and sending truly kind and thoughtful messages and it really does mean that world to me, so feel free to reach out any time.

Tickets for my national tour go on sale tomorrow (Friday, 1/2) at 12pm EST.
I tried and tried and tried to get pre-order links set up for y'all, but the system just simply can't accommodate. I'm really, really sorry, and please know I REALLY tried my best. In lieu of that, here is a super secret link to a back page on my website that will at least give you first click access to the sale pages.
An important note: right now, we have a lot of "space" between tour stops and are missing some key areas in the US that I'd still love to hit. If you know of a bookstore or small (100-250 seat) venue in your town, one way you can support my mission of education and advocacy in 2026 is to let them know you want to see me and that I'm currently booking my tour!
