New Figma Updates Announced on the April '25 Release Notes Livestream (2 minute read)

Figma has introduced several new features, including collapsible layers, inline controls for corner radius, and accessibility contrast tools. Auto flyouts will speed up effect selection, while updates to the file browser aim to improve navigation. Reorderable modes facilitate organization, and annotations will now include color-coded categories. FigJam has gained over 1,700 cloud icons. The new Dev Mode features an eyedropper tool that allows users to copy raw color values, variables, and code syntax.
Apple's Final Cut Apps are Getting an AI Boost (2 minute read)

Final Cut Pro is getting significant updates, integrating Apple Intelligence for AI-generated images via Image Playground. Hyundai has updated the Ioniq 6 for 2026 with a sportier and more unconventional design that features squintier headlights and a sleeker front end. A high-performance Ioniq 6 N model, based on the RN22e concept, is also on the way and will be fully revealed in July. While the original Ioniq 6 was a strong Tesla Model 3 competitor, Hyundai is refining its identity in the EV lineup alongside the Ioniq 5.
