Happy Monday!
TB's back and hip are slowly mending. She's looking forward to the day when she doesn't have pain. She's starting to forget what that feels like. While watching a lot of crime shows last week, each time there was a chase on foot, TB thought to herself, "I'd like to be able to run. I took that for granted." Right now, she would be happy to be able to walk without searing pain.

Our Book Cover Design Journey
Miranda outlines why we decided to hire an illustrator for our latest release, Book Lovers, and the process from beginning to end. It was our first time using an illustrator and it was fun to watch. We learned a lot to help guide us the next time we go this route. Also, given the rise of AI book covers it was important for us to work with a human artist. At IHS, we support human creativity.
