Author Name Scramble

For this game, we'll scramble a sapphic author's name, allowing you to work it out. In Thursday's newsletter, we'll share the answer along with a new author name scramble.

All of the letters for the author's first and last names are below, but we don't guarantee that the letters are in the correct part of the name or that the first and last names have the same number of letters as the scramble.

Tuesday's scramble was: Brianas Wore -- the name is Rawnie Sabor

Here's today's scramble:

Brelis Sharp

Remember, the answer will be revealed in Thursday's newsletter. Hint: the author is involved in today's Great Pride Giveaway.

Queer Trivia

She's an English model and actor.

Born in 1992 in Hammersmith, London, she grew up in Belgravia, London in a prominent family with connections. Her maternal grandmother was a lady-in-waiting to Princess Margaret. Her mother, Pandora, was a socialite and Selfridges personal shopper, while her father, Charles, is a property developer. Her upbringing exposed her to the world of fashion at a young age, paving the way for her future career as a model and actor.

When she was 15, she had to deal with severe depression, anxiety, and self-hatred. School was difficult for her, and she revealed she has ADHD. When she was 16, she completed her GCSEs. She then attended a school focused on drama and music, but left a year later to follow her sister, Poppy, into modeling.

Her modeling career took off when she signed with Storm Model Management at the age of 17. She quickly became one of the industry’s most sought-after models, working with brands such as Burberry, Chanel, and Dolce & Gabbana. In addition to her success on the runway, she has also made a name for herself in the film industry.

She’d been told she would never make it as an actor because of her sexuality, but she has starred in movies like Paper Towns (2015), Suicide Squad (2016), and Valerian and the City of a Thousand Planets (2017).

In 2017, she released Mirror, Mirror, a LBGTQ young adult novel, cowritten with Rowan Coleman.

She has identified as bisexual and pansexual. In 2018, she announced she was genderfluid, using she/her pronouns.

Do you know her name? The answer is at the bottom of the email.
